Enough Money At ATM During Holidays Season

Ensure sufficient money in ATMs, banks told

Kota Kinabalu: All commercial banks in the State as well as Labuan have been urged to have sufficient money in their ATM machines for the convenience of the public, especially over the forthcoming festive holidays.

Consumer activist Datuk Patrick Sindu said this is important as most of the banks would be closed during public holidays in conjunction with the Harvest Festival celebration.

"Users often complain about ATM machines being out of service, especially during holiday seasonsÉso I hope Bank Negara will instruct all its banks to have enough funds in their machines," he told Daily Express, Thursday.
